What does it means ?

Ok I noticed two problems when logging in my account :

1- Sometimes it pop out "The server has refused the connection" wtf it means ?

2- When I check my BFHQ, ALL fields are empty and my global score is like 1656498643246 and the progress bar is full but showing Private...

so help please

dont worry about it.... its something to do with your attempt to load the stats server timing out or something. forgot what EA told me exactly.

It has been doing that for many people recently. Wait few minutes and retry. It will work at some point. Your stats will be ok too after a while.

yeah, just log out and back in and your stats will be back to normal. As for the refused connection, I get that too sometimes, just keep trying to log in, EA is having issues
