2 medals that no1 will get

The Marksman Infantry Medal and The Sharpshooter Infantry Medal are the 2 medals that no1 will get.
For The Marksman Infantry Medal you need all Veteran badges.
That will take 5.000 hours and that is 208 days.
And for The Sharpshooter Infantry Medal you will need alle Expert badges.
That will take 16.000 hours and that is 667 days.

Isnt that just to much?? :|:

    Sorry for mine bad englich

    I know its outrageous.

theres another one that requires 6000 hours, 250,000 heals , ect, ect...

    theres no way.

they actually think people will play long enough to do that? there will be a far better game out in the years it takes to get all the awards on this one.

If I play BF2 for as long as I've played CS, I'll have those medals. That's what EA's counting on. Players that are active for years.

That would require years before a better version is released. Unless stats carry over to the next version, which would be way cool.

It just seems sad to think that someone will be sitting there for years playing a game just to have a picture of a medal in their profile :hmm:

It will happen if this game stays popular, patched, and UPDATED over the next four years.

I remember when America's Army: Operations first came out, anyone with Honor 30 was a God. Now we've got people up in the 90s and there's a cap : P

technically it is. The gold star is the medal of honor.

there is no gold star in the real military, its the MoH

Unless the stats are going to be globally transferable I think EA should scale down the awards a bit. Its unrealistic to expect someone to play 24/7 for 2 years to earn those badges. By then, knowing EA's bad customer solution, other games publishers such as EPIC who gave out their ECE expansion pack for FREE to existing customers would be widely adored.

Putting it simply, its unfair for EA to think we will be that dedicated since their are soon to be better games (next year) and more importantly with those games comes companies who treat their customers better. EA's a ***** for charging for their expansion packs that are almost as small as upgrades. Exspecially after paying 60 bucks just to get it. Its retarded how the entire package eventually turns out to be 120 CAD (USD it'll be around 80-100)

I'd give EA more credit and respect if they werent such asses to begin with. Thats seriously not how you treat customers if you want them to dedicate time over years to continually buying their game.

it would take more than four years...600 days...that's almost 2 years of BF2 STRAIGHT...which means that in four years you would have to devote half of your life (12 hours a day) to BF2.
