"Failed to connect" on my own server?

Hi, I've just successfully hosted my own server and it's showing up in the browser :-) , but when me, and my friend (somewhere else in the world) try and connect it has this error:




I had it working about half an hour ago, but why is it doing this now?
I keep trying and trying and trying to connect.

Note: I've got no firewall on at all, even windows is disabled.
