Is it possible to have multiple copies of BF2 installed on your system? I was thinking that way you could have one clean, and one with all your modded files...

whats the point? just install it on your main copy, you will still have access to the normal BF2

Won't the mod files keep me out of ranked server play? Or are they just there until a server utilizes them? I feel like such a noob...

No there isnt that there is a THINGY is what a i call it man just keeep calm d/l it put it in mods folder open up mod run batch in levels folder BOOM ur done ok then do a shortcut to bf2 log in go to community then theres a button next to it click dat. ok click the mod press activate WALLA ur done. DO THAT WHEN ITS OUT
