I just got the game!Without patch!Couse i can't install it.
My friend told me that it's wrong to play without patch,why?
He told me that EA games can catch me couse i don't bought
the game,i downloaded it from the internet.
it's true?

You need the patch to play online because the game needs to be the same version as the game.

The patch won't install on a warez version of the game.
