OK, this may sound stupid and it may have been said before but I think getting negative points (ie tks, team damage, team vehicle damage) might not count against your chances of getting your commander badge or ribbon. When I got my Staff Officer Ribbon, for some reason I got it at 45 Commander points instead of 50. I wondered why this happened and then I remembered I had accidently gotten a tk and team vehicle damage (-5 points total) in that same round before i got the ribbon, and thought, if I hadn;t gotten lost those 5 points, I would have exactly 50 points right now. This may explain why people have gotten their commander badge and/or ribbon at -2 or something commander score. Please don't call me a noob because I have not heard of anything like this before. And remember, this is just a thought.
