Strange TK

Sorry if this has bee posted about before.

I was playing Karkand last night. The squad was been run by a couple of top guys some real good team effort going on. Something that seems unusual for a public server. Any way we were moving up one of the ramps to try and cap the last flag, I was on point. At the top of the ramp was an enemy engy chucking mines around like he had shares in blowyourlegsoff.com. I kill him with a short burst from my 36 at that exact moment a couple of guys from our team hammer past in a captured MEC jeep, seemingly oblivous to the little black discs all over the top of the ramp. Boom jeep disintergrates all on board turned in to a mushy mess. Heres the sting, I got two TK's for it. Both players must have hit page up like their sorry little lives depended on it as I was instantly punished twice. I know no rounds hit their vehicle, there was a blank wall behind the engy and it was a very quick kill.

Has this happened before was it something I did?

how the game decides TKs is wack...they are allegedly fixing it in the next patch (finally!)

I also had a strange Tk. I was flying a two person jet and both copilot and I bailed out and I get a tk...

WHY!!! Once we just out of a plane your life is not in my control..

I've gotten TKs before for just being next to someone that was killed, and last night someone on my team who was standing next to my APC was blamed for TKing me when I got killed by an enemy with an AT round. I think it's a vehicle thing, because it's always seemed to happen when I'm around a vehicle or in a vehicle - maybe the nationality of the vehicle screws up the system somehow (if I'm MEC but in a USMC vehicle or something). Hope they fix it though.

Actually you probably punish a lot yourself, by accidant, like a lot of people I would think. See the game does not ask you if you want to punish, but if you want to forgive, if you press page up you forgive if you press page down you choose not to forgive and they get punished.
