What is going on here??? Plz help!

Okay... this is in gaming mode, not in the editor...

Any close texture is appearing correctly, but distant ones appear grid like.
The surface is FULLY painted/textured... what should I do?

(Video Settings in game set to Medium)
    (Viewing Distance set to 100%)
    (No Anti-Aliasing)
(Sky.con removed from Strike_at_Karkand, and applied here)

You must draw the low-level textures... In the plugin bar on the right there is a menu for this...
    Hope it'll help...

I'm a SUPERNOOB! Could you explain how to draw the low-level textures? I messed around with it, but I don't think I did anything helpful.

(( Someone 'in the know' should write their OWN tutorial ... EA's tutorial may as well say "Hello. OKAY! Now your ready to play your Custom Map!" ))

I found EA's tutorials very useful, I would still be trying to find out the basics if it wasnt for them.

        and your solution is:
In terrain editor go to texture mode and look on the right hand side, scroll down untill you see "Set low level texture" and click it. click on the texture in the popup and then click OK.

That's it? I don't need to "Paint" on that texture? If that's the case... AWESOME! Thank you!
