Hey all, anyone own an MSI K8N NEO4 and use onboard sound for this game?

anyone here own this board and use the onboard sound for bf2? Ive read a bunch of things on Newegg.com that say the sound is good, but inadequite for BF2. Is this true, and what do they mean by this. I want to purchase this board, but the main selling point over the ASUS is the onboard Soundblaster as opposed to the Reatek ALC'97, which i can't stand. Please let me know if you can help me out with this.

I have an MSI k8n, not the exact same but they still use the nforce4. The sound in BF2 is grainy. Got an old audigy card out of the closet and it's all good now.

I'm using the K8N Neo4 Platinum, and I don't have any sound issues. Maybe I just don't know any better, but it seems fine to me.

It's fine, If you want better sound just wait for Creative's X-Fi product. Google it if you have questions.
