i cant load any maps in the editor

it keeps saying that it couldnt find the int.con for any of the maps what should i do

actually you can...Just unzip the files.

Yeah Way21337 is right.
Just extract the server.zip and client.zip to the folder. HOWEVER you cannot edit them really. You can't see the spawnpoints or any of the vehicals because those files are included in the editor folder that is not included in BF2 vanilla maps.

Is there anyway to add ibjects into the maps?

only by messing around in the .con files. You cant use the editor on the BF2 Vanilla maps. Since you cant edit spawn points and such.
