Single Player CO OP VOIP Voice Over IP Problems.

okay so me and my buddy both got nice little headset mics to play bf2 and talk to each other. they dont funkin work. we do the coop thing. when i make a multiplayer server and he joins it, i hear him he hears me voip just fine. when he joins my singleplayer, he cant hear me i cant hear him. we know this works cause it works with his old crappy mic. what's the deal?

the mics are headset with headphones, they plug into the regular slots with 2 connectors, one for the mic one for the fones. we turned the dxdiag down to basic, still no dice. what's up?

It probably has to do with the Singleplayer not having the VOIP running

yeah, try setting up a multiplayer server to test if it works.

it works on a multiplayer server. i said that.

how do i get the voip to run on singleplayer?
like i said, it works in single player coop with his old mic, but now, it doesnt work either way.
