do u have to get 500 global first and then 23 in one round or can you have like 490, get 23 in one round and still get the badge?

I just got mine: Songhua Stalemate, PLA side, Jihad Chopper :) Took down 3 full BHs + others :))

the numbers are correct, but there is just a delay in the system, when you hit 23 kills and then walk around for a few min doing nothing you will get the badge, this is the same story for each badge, this is why many people say you actualy need one kill or something more then the numbers, just becaue they recieve the badge with delay

I ran around with 23 C4 kills for about 5 minutes and didn't get it. Killed two more people with a car bomb and got it. Tonight I might add. :)

I have over 1000 C4 kills and can't f'ing get basic. Same with Resupply and Repair, I've gotten more then the required and still can't get those basics.

Anyone having issue's with doing the requirments for a badge and not getting them?
