I don't think so...if you get one from ATI, I'm sure they have decent warranties. Worst case scenario, it might be broken when you get it and you'll be able to send it back to them for another/money back.

dont go for this refurd :censored: :censored: :censored: :censored: , i ordered a 7800GTX refurb and it came with no manuals :shakehead and the card broke with in 1 day so i sent it back :cussing: :cussing: , im now ordering a new one straight out of the factory. (have to save up :cry: :cry: )

I have a ATI 9600XT 256MB and can run the game at nearly high settings.. and it only costs like 115 so you could get yourself some good RAM too.

Buy A 6800gt Which Can Be Easily Flashed And Oc'd To A Ultra!

Get a 6800 GT, to avoid bottelnecking I'd suggest a pentium 2.4ghz C processor, make SURE it's a C. Because C's are amazing, they are the same processor as the 3.2, so essentially you overclock it to 3.2, and they never overheat, been using mine like this with no extensive cooling for nearly a year and nothing bad has come of it. You get a 300 processor for 120 bucks.
