Killed or Critically Wounded??

Of course most of the time when you're shot it says your critically wounded and that means you can be revived by a medic and when some kills you using a tank or artillery it says you're killed. but i been killed many times and revived. is that a bug or what?

If you have been killed then you will see your body in third person and not keep looking at the sky. If you are critically wounded you always look at the sky even if it says you were killed.

I know what he means. It's not too accurate, but as long as you're still in 1st person you're revivable.

If you are critically wounded, it means that a medic can revive you. This is if you get shot by small arms fire or some small explosive. Being killed means you were hit with something so strong that there is no way for a medic to revive you, like a tank shell or artillery. Yes, if you see your body from 3rd person flying through the air, chances are you were killed hardcore. If you just fall over dead and look to the sky, click your left mouse button to ask for a medic.

I can't verify this, but I think your body has a certain amount of hit points even after you die. Because I've had times when my body was killed by a grenade, and when a second grenade came down I went from critically wounded to killed.

Which would explain why tank rounds and artillery can kill you on a direct hit, since they deal an absurd amount of damage.

It's taking me a while to get there. It's going to be like another week until I get it. If not more. The only reason I want to get the rank is to unlock another weapon. I like variety in my weapons.

Is it possible to kill people who are critically wounded with, like you pistol or something. I dont know if works though, but when I kill someone and there is nobody nearby I cap them twice in the head just to make sure the enemy loses a ticket.-

Well if there's nobody nearby then you can leave him for dead cause he's done for :p

Ya you can kill them when they are critically wounded, but you won't get a kill or point for it.

I'm pretty sure its possible because I remember being critically wounded, and seeing nades flying back and forth over my head, hearing a couple explosians, and on the third or second one, it zoomed out to third person and it said I was dead, and there was still some time left on the critically wounded counter.

I don't think shooting at a wounded corpse would kill them, but possible a couple of C4 packs, or nades would do the job.
