a 5700 is a PCI card? and if so what kind of perforance could i get? run on medium???

i have FX5200XT AGP 8x and i seem to have a frame lock og 15fps... i can run some things on high... Texture and 2 others.. cant remember, and get the same fps, but a lot more lag when that stupid blur thing comes on so i leav it off, and get the same fps only w/ 10fps w/ the blur instead of 1... altho latley ive been getting a lot of missing texture, like id see soldies w/ ammo bags grey or the scope would be grey, and letters just little blobs

right now i have a Fx500, i can run everything on high-medium, exept lighting.. and thats what i want

You do need a new mobo to use AGP gfx, however just for sh1ts n giggles I remember Akiba made a pci-agp card for the dell-tarded. I'm pretty sure you would only get X1 agp performance.
