Cannot Connect With 1 Account

but I can connect with my other accounts, what is going on.

Yes....samething has happened to me about 2 hours ago during my lunch break. I was super highly pissed about it.....i dunno but my comp found a TROJAN in my BF2.exe file.....so....EA i need help... PLEASE
