servers are no longer listed????

BFHQ works, AND
I can direct connect to clan server
BUT
my list of servers is empty!
same on 2nd computer
I changed DSL modems
as I never made any special adjustments for BF2 in the old modem, I should not have to make one now?
even tried DMZ - still no servers in list
ideas please?

this only happens to me when i try to search for a server name or try to apply filters. i have no idea how to fix it.

adjusted all my filter settings every way I can imagine>

I get servers the 1st time around, but if I try to refresh they all disappear...

Make sure you don't have anything typed in the search boxes above the listings, and if you're running any external apps like xfire or TS, try closing them 1st and alt-tab to open them up after you've found a server...

after hours with EA, my ISP and my router company
I finally got it to work
had to open all the right ports in my router
strange - did not have to do this when I first installed it
oh well - another of life's many speed bumps
