Router troubles!!! Please Help?

Whenever I have a router hooked up; i will start BF2, press the sing-in button to open my account, and it will just sit there. The longest I waited once was 10 minutes and still nothing. The problem only happens with the router.

Is that the airlink ar410w Router? A very computer illiterate friend of mine brought that and his laptop over the other night so that I could configure it for him. He forgot to bring his manual, so I tried to look their website up. I got nothin'. I'd keep a hold of that manual if I were you.

this has hapaned to me before. make sure u configure ur router and firewall to allow BF2 to eneter in to the net. because it is prob blocking it.

I don't know much about Airlink or wireless routers in general, but are you getting a good connection over regular internet usage? Because I have a friend that uses wireless and he says that they're very tempermental and if you don't set the antennas just right, that you get a very weak signal.

Go through the configuration sections which is usually done by calling the router's internal IP. Then make sure that "gaming mode" or anythign simular is checked.
