How Do I Track Which Programs I've Used??

hi, i just want to know where do u check to see which programs u've used lately, kind of like a history of which r the programs u've last used, when exactly did u start ur computer. if anyone know plz help me, and post a SS if u can!!

Firstly bumping after 20 minutes isn't gonna help you much and secondly, wouldn't google be a better place for this question as it has nothing to do with BF2 ?

im not sure there is such a program, after all most people know which programs they have run and when their pc was started, if someone has been "messing" with your pc, you might want to try passwording your pc (which you should allready)

if you must know whats been going on behind your back, try a key logging program or a port mapper..or both, theres loads about, and as ptegan mentioned google should be your first port of call for such things
