Switching fire modes?

I'm not quite sure how to switch my guns firing modes, I know about the alt fire scope, but not the firing mode itself. I notice sometimes my G36C fires single accurate shots but I dunno how thats triggered. Anyone care to enlighten me?

If your already using the weapon pressing it a 2nd time changes the fire rate. I personally have my primary on my Middle Mouse Button so I can always switch to it quickly and change Fire rates just as quickly

When you are already holding your weapon (and not something else) press the 3 button.

You can use the weapon HUD, located at the bottom left corner of your screen, to verify the selected rate of fire mode. You will see it displayed as an "A", a "1", or a "3", respectively. Now get out there and single shot some mofos in the head soldier!

Just above the ammo counter (bottom right?)
you see the number of bullets remaining (say....30)
Below that is either = A on Auto weapons or 3 on 3round burst weapons.

With your main weapon selected press the number 3 key once and you change between modes. The A (or 3) changes to 1 (single shot).
