movie help please!

i dont know where this goes,

ok I am useing FRAPS for the frist time ever. I have made a small movie, here it is. ok its not susposed to be good im just trying to learn. Ok I have it in windoes movei maker and is there a way to put music into the file? I have credits but I wanted music. also how do I convert the file? is there any other programs out there like fraps? thanks.

bump bump the movie wont upload but you really dont need to see it.

There should be an option within Movie Maker to import a track or music, then just drop it and drag it to the frame where you want it to start. MovieMaker is an extremely basic editor, hell it makes iMovie or whatever look good.
