    2 Random Quick Questions

This game rocks, bought it less than a week ago and already made over 2000 global points. Must resist urge to forfeit life for video game...

    Anyways:

    1) If I have my gun in automatic mode but fire a single shot at a time is it any less accurate than when it is in single shot mode? It doesn't look like it is when I try it. If it isn't any less accurate what is the point of single shot mode?

    2) How can you tell if you are in single or full auto mode? I switch weapons around so much that quite often reselect the weapon and change the mode without thinking about it. I have been killed so many times when I attack someone close range and find that I am in single shot mode. I often test fire just to check what mode im in, this seems pretty rediculous, there must be a better way.

    3) Is there a web based place to look at my stats as well as others? Where?

    Thanks!!!

A Stats Parser for Battlefield 2, A PC video game, First Person Shooter.

#2. If I ever doubt I'm on single fire mode, I'll goto knife and then back just to be sure. You just gotta remember. They'll prolly add a little something to the HUD in a patch.

#1. I have no idea. Sorry!

less than a week and already over 2000 points? i think i just hit 2000 this weekend and i've had it since release...

to answer soem questions, if the gun can switch between modes there will be a little "A" indicator for auto and a "1" indicator for single shot on your ammo bar. i don't think there is a difference between shooting 1 shot in auto mode or in single shot mode. yes there are sites but i think most of them ar broken now.

1)In my exp some of the guns seem more accurate in single shot mode some dont, If you play on some of the non ranked servers they have all guns unlocked so you can try them all out and get a feel for what you like..

2)In your HUD you can see what gun your using, how much ammo you have and in the verry bottom right it says either A, for auto, 3, for three round burst, or 1, for single shot, it is a lil hard at first to get used to switching between the two, I preefer using the num. keys, mostly 3, it is assigned to the rifle in your kit..

3)http://bf2s.com/player/pvt.scorpion/ Change /pvt.scorpion/ for your user name or whoever else you want to look up, ...

Awesome thanks guys. Yea I came up with a third question while writing it and forgot to change the title back, sue me.

I have played a rediculous amount in the last week hence the high score. If I keep it up I may do irreparable damage to my social life.

            Thanks again.

yeah single shot mode has different characteristics than full auto... that and single shot is nice to just click click click into someone while dancing around his bullets... can't do that in full auto mode....
