What do they both mean?

And what is FRAPs by the way?

not sure about the XX/XX, but FRAPs is a recording program which allows you to record the current program, whether it is a game or a photoshop tut. It also conveniently includes a FPS count in the top left corner! Download a test copy from www.fraps.com but this will constantly have www.fraps.com printed on all recordings!
