Cheating on Ranked Server??

I was on one of the EA Official US ranked servers last night, and there was a user on there called mwgrmpwr or something like that.

He showed up as red on my screen, which tells me he is an enemy. I shot him with about 300 antiaircraft explosive rounds before he finally died. Then I got punished for a teamkill. This guy was supposedly on my team. He respawned across the yard and was still red. Another of my teammates killed him, and then that teammate was punished for a teamkill.

Has anyone seen this before? Is there a hack that allows this. I was quite upset last night.

I don't think it's a hack, I think it's a bug... And yes I've had it happen to me before.

this could be caused by invites after a player moves to a different team.

its a bug, it was in the demo as well.

i played on a ECGN server with no ff, someone viewed me as red and proceeded to shoot me with a APC guns and couldnt kill me. i start telling him to stop and using the "negative" radio command only to have him run me over. i punish him and then he makes a big deal. i tell him to pay attention to the player model and he tells me to **** off and says that if i should fix my computer since he views me as red. remainder of the round he starts screaming in all chat saying im a hacker or something.

this is a known bug since demo...

but rest assure that all the cheats...will be in ranked and official servers...cause i doubt that they have any md5 tools checks done...or checking any sort of pb screenshots...

whoever knows his stuff a bit...he will know that just activating PB is not enough...is the way you use PB...
