Ranking Problem!

I play in ranked servers all the time I should be private first class by now but when I look at BFHQ is says :

current rank: -
Next Rank: Private
Progress until next Rank: (Bar all the way full)

Anyone Know what this means?

official server lag...restart bf2, and log in to another server

you might be missing 1 point. I did that before.. I captured a flag and went up a rank.

ok then, When?

I've been sitting at 1019 points for over a day and i'm still a PFC. What gives? I want to unlock my first new weapon. Could this be lag too?
