Artillery

Has anyone been able to use Artillery in a new map ?

everytime i add Artillery guns they are there on the map, i save it

i then go into the map in BF2 and they are not there.

i then go back into bf2editor and the guns are gone


Any ideas ?????

Had my head broken until I worked it out. Here it is, the foolproof arty guide...by me.

Place an ObjectSpawner, in the same way you would for a vehicle. The arty is in this menu, look carefully for USART in one of the lines. (there will be two...a MEC/US arty, and a China/US arty. Choose the right one for your map, as it'll change into whichever arty is right for the side it's on..)

You MUST place it as an ObjectSpawner, or it'll just disappear like you saw. It's the same for any vehicle, as well.

Then, check the TeamOnVehicle property of the arty. This must be set, or the commander won't be able to use it.
