Shadow/lighting on 9200
ok I been wondering and having this problem since i got the bf2 demo and got the retail version... on my graphics setting in bf2 for my Radeon 9200 AGP the shadows and lighting cant even Turn on Low there all hgihlighted red and cant be chosen. And it really wasnt a problem untill now and Im asking for some help How I can turn on my shadows and lighting to at least low or med. Thx. :cry: also sum how i cant even get Terrain on med or high at all also it just stays on Low for some why, help me with this also if sum 1 can.

i hear 9200 doesnt support 9.0c direct x. so i dont think u can wit a 9200. and 9200 IS NOT supported. srry.Comment

oh becuase i saw on sum specs on my 9200 that it has pixil shaders 1.4 and vertex shader 1.1 and i play CSS with shadows and lighting without no problem, but i dont understand why bf2 doesnt. and my other computer has a NVIDIA 5200 and 5200 and 9200 are the same but the 5200 let bf2 put on shadows. but its wayyyy laggy.Comment

how much money do u have. i would buy a new vid card. y.... because if u upgrade to a vid card tht is supported, u will have not tht much lag and u can play on it smoothly. hey look at me.... i ahve a nvidia 5700 which is requirements and i have no lag.Comment
