No way this can be done legitimately.

press the C for camera change when ur climbing a ladder... now when you're going down a ladder... hold shift to slide.

I must say that i never climb down ladders, I always jump and parachute. The only time I go down ladders is when i get stuck lying down at a certain point on the crane, unable to move properly (sort of physics bug) so i press loadsa buttons to try to move from that position and fall down the ladder hole, setting off my claymore on the way down!!

p.s. NEVER jump off the side of the crane that you set your claymore, that would just be stupid
