I'm personally a BFG fan, lifetime warranty by a company that is actually located in the US. (I'm assuming you are)

Take your girlfriend out with the 50 left over.

Just built my friend a similar rig with the xfx, and it runs like a beast. You should be all set with the 6800gt. Make sure you grab the AGP version and not the PCI-E. I know, I know; it's not easy to mistake them, but it's easy to accidentally order the wrong one.

I just ordered the XFX 6800GT 256MB AGP 4X/8X. I have $50 to something else with. Should probally upgrade my 300watt PSU right. If so hows tis one, Antec 500Watt PSU. Its $71 and that will sum up all my money

Yeah, you might wanna upgrade that PSU. A 500 Watt PSU would give the added stability for that new graphics card.
I suggest that you look into some SeaSonic USA or PC Power & Cooling PSU's.

PC Power & Cooling is rather expensive, but worth it. Keep in mind that you'd be paying as much as you did for that video card if you go with PC P&C. A 430w Antec powers the system I mentioned before (the guy was short on cash, lol). 480w-500w is good, but look for more than 18A on the +12v rail if possible.
