2 C4s on one vehicle is enuff to take out anything in the game (except bridges)
so the spinners actully double as a leathal device
you forgot C4 is dangerous

Yeah I did that offline about 3 weeks ago, but I put it on all 4 tires. I didnt feel like posting it since its pointless.
