there is a bug where the guys name is on your team when you look at him he is dreesed up on the the other team and if he kills you you cant punish him

Ive seen before a bug where you can't punish
. Sucks if he gets the idea to walk over to you and knife you.

Thats because its an old bug. He IS on the other team, he IS trying to kill you. Only the tag is bugged, he is an enemy.
The same thing will happen with friendlies, sometimes they may appear as red tags. You can kill them, but they WILL punish you.

I had this bug happen to me tonight. Whenever I would shoot this one dude, who had the red tag (which I verified to be on the opposite team by looking at the player list) that little message would popup saying I was doing team damage and then I would get punished for a team kill. What the hell?? I ended with a -19 score for that round. That's great I get punished for EA/Dice's screw ups. Please fix your freaking bugs.Comment
