I've searched for After Action Reports before but all I've ever come up with are the large scale AARs based on entire operations/campaigns I wanna read AARs written by the sargeants and corporals about house to house fighting n such. Anyone that knows where some are?

As an Fwd observer on a team of 1 oh-58 and 2 Ah-1's, we never really "wrote" an after action report at that level, but rather had an AAR with the troops assests that were involved in the battle/excersise over a sandbox w/ maps, spot and contact reports... The troop/company commander would then write that report and send it up to squadron HQ. so finding actual written AAR's might be pretty tuff seeings they will get to S-3 and usualy get a security clr. put on them........ now thats 15 yrs ago so who knows now with this flower lovin hug everybody attitude we all gotta have.... heck PITA, greenpeace and the OSHA might even get copied on it to make sure we did everything "correct".
