Playing Back Demos

Hi, Ive just recorded a short demo of me playing some BF2, it seems too have saved ok, i was just wondering how you play them back? I've found the file in one of the Battlefield Directories, but when i try to play it back it comes up with the following message, "Shaders/StaticMesh.fx not found! Do check your working directory and sync your shaders folder before calling apon your local rendering programmer"
Has anyone else had this error?, i would be greatful if anyone could help me.

how are you playing it back? try playing it back with www.battlelauncher.com , haven't come across this error
