Mic and Headset

hey guys... im not new to the BF world... but i am new to the squad palying in BF2...

i have just gone out anf bought a mic/headset and plugged it in...

Cna anyone dhed some light on exactly how i speak with other squad members when i start playing.

help would be appreciated.

Default for talking w/ your squad is B, default for talking to your commander (if you're a squad-leader) is V.

It's a good idea to do the mic test first. You can do that in the audio section of the options menu. Have fun!

one more thing...obviouslt in BFV and BF1942, you couldnt earn yourself stripes... how do you do that in BF2?

Just score a lot of points by:

killing
capping flags
giving out med packs / reviving
resupplying ammo
driving / flying other people around
repairing
etc

Check your BFHQ regularly to see your progress towards the next rank.
