  • Umm yet another battlerecorder problem.

Hello there I was rendering my video today and it took about 2 hours. When it finally finished I tried to watch it with DivX player and it says: Failed to open file. Please check that it is a valid AVI or MPEG-4 file. WTH? This is odd and yet extremely annoying because of how long it took to render my file.

    PLEASE HELP ME!!!

PS: I have done it before and it worked.

you might be able to take the first file, and open it with virtuldub and recompress it, use a high bitrate though or preferably uncompressed or else you will lose quality

Try hiding the mouse then .. Keep in mind that BF2 renders everything you see on the BF2 screen, including cursors and the console
