    - Windows® XP or 2000 with latest service pack installed
    - DirectX® 9.0c (April Edition) (included)
    - Pentium® 4 1.7 GHz or equivalent processor
    - 512 MB of RAM
    - 64 MB GeForce™ 4 Ti or ATI® Radeon® 9600 or equivalent with hardware T&L and pixel shader support
    - 5.0 GB free Hard Drive Space for installation
    - 4x CD-ROM drive (for Director’s Edition, this will have to be DVD-ROM)
    - 16-bit DirectX® 9.0 compliant sound card with support for EAX™ 2.0

    Not bad requirments , i am downloading now.

          Tried it.. the storyline is pretty cool.. the effects are pretty cool..

          I hate the gameplay though.

          It's very hard for me to play an SP game if it's not an adventure/rpg. Single player in first person shooters becomes monotonous at some point. After you are raddled and dazzled by the cool effects in the first few missions and you get used to them, it just turns into running through hallways blasting foes (gets harder and more frustrating as the game moves on).

          This happened to me with Half Life 2. The only reason I even finished that game was because of the great storyline. I ended up zoning out when going from mission to mission.. just zombie-like-instinct-killing until I got to the next storyline moment.

          Once my eyes get used to the effects (which repeat, in one form or another) throughout the entire game after the first few missions, I get bored.

          The only exception, of course, is Call of Duty.
