Graphics Help needed

I just bought BF2 and need some help with it
It installed fine, but when I run it, it shows up extremely bright and horrible contrast
I lowered the brightness on my monitor to as low as it can, and the text is still illegible
I have a Radeon 9800 video card and meet the minimum requirements(AMD 2400+XP CPU, 512 MB DDR ram)
I checked my drivers and already installed the newest drivers from ATi
Any help appreciated

I took a screen shot of the crap i see and when i tried to put it into mspaint it looked fine
I tried to find the settings within the game, but cant read anything, all i see is a greyish screen and some background images very faintly

Does it happen in all games??

Have you tried looking in the ATI settings for Color, and try settings the 3D to Default??

The only ther games I really play are:
Medal Of Honor Allied Assault, Spearhead, Breakthrough
All play fine, no display problems
I just checked the ATI settings and everything seems fine

Ok, i tried messing around with my video card settings more and still nothing
When I go to exit the game it shows what appears to be normal for a split second then the game exits
Anyone have any ideas?
I downloaded the demo to see if maybe it was my BF2, but the demo does the same things

try putting ur speed down to 4x.
