Help on getting Basic Explosives Ordinance Badge!

I finally got it tonight on Karkand using claymores!!

After hours and hours of playing with people that had no idea what the RED SKULL meant, and being kicked a few times. I got this worthless award.






Now I need the knife...

Spawn as MEC specops in Mastuur city, throw all c4 on flagpoles, with jumping, and hide away... BH comes, BOOM.. 6 kills, 18 Pts. And they will come again. This is how I got my Basic Explosive Ordinance easily. One BH 5 kills, one BH 6 kills, one humvee 3 kills. Within minutes....

God it is so easy, be sniper on SAK and throw claymores into the flag areas that the enemy are capping and as soon as they move boom, badge.

had difficulty getting my explosion badge to, but with the tip here "place claymores at karkand" I got it in one round, actualy very easy, got some TK's to, but I got my badge

I tried with claymores and mines on karkand, but i get this sick amount of Teamkills.
I carefully place a claymore around a corner so that a enemy will have no way of spotting it, but a friendly can clearly see it and the skull on their screen yet they run right infront of it somehow mistaken it for C4 or a mine.. So goddamn annoying.

Think I'll do a C4 run of Jihad jeeps tonight

I got mine in Gulf of Oman, yeh C4 on a jeep/buggy is the best bet, i chose oman map for this as i could hide anywhere central in the map. Watch the minimap for UAV, once the enemy is spotted in large numbers go go go! full speed ahead to oblivion.

A nice tip would be to just chuck 3xC4's on the jeep/buggy, That will take out any armour on the map, plus, if you can get away without been blownup you have 2 left which could be potentially another large kill whilst strapped to a vehicle. Make sure youve got the detonator in your hand before you enter the jeep/buggy tho, so its the first thing at hand when you leap out.

Ok so its n00b tactics (?), but more fun than ive had for ages in a game.In my attempt it only took 4 deaths, try to drive your jeep inbetween any armour . My other tactic was to go for the flag that were neutralised, that way you know theres a fair chance there's gonna be plenty of enemy around.

Something else that was mentioned was chopper destruction, yeh this is as sweet as honey when it comes together and makes you feel as smug as f**k, only trouble with this is it takes time patience and skill to remain hidden and pulling the same stunt over and over again.Someones bound to suss you out....., but damn its worth it

I think I was within one kill of getting it on Karkand the other day. Everything was going great and towards the end of the round I C4'd the shallow crossing, but no one came across.

The only thing I didn't like was that I ended up tk'ing the crap out of my team the whole time.

TKs don't count in your kill numbers -- if they did, could you imagine the carnage?

I blew up 10 guys with one C4 explosion. Okay, only 3 more to go, I thought. Then the round ends :hmm:

Got mine on mashturr, chucked c4 down those stairway type things near the USMC spawn with the tall building and some of their commander equpiment, a few jihad jeeps, and a couple of incoming tanks got me it.

AT mines on Zatar Wetlands (I think), got Engineer Combat with it as well .. cant be bad.

....both my friend and i got the badge first time we tried. Play strike at karkand and suicide bomb.
Step 1: find a MEC transport
Step 2: Attach C4s to it
Step 3: Drive it into an enemy tank
Step 4: Hop out and detonate imediately

i hope i can get it from hearing these ideas. its the last one i need. lol i even have a few veterans ut just can't manage ot get the explosive
