I did it on a sharqi 32 man. I just ran around with C4 sticking it in the fence or on armor. I even chased after guys tossing it on them.

That was a pretty fun badge to get.

Finding a server that has FF turned off is almost key.. I can get around 10 kills with claymores before teammates start running at them and I get kicked. It doesn't matter where I put them. Same for mines.

I'm convinced the claymore and mine are cursed. Idiot teammembers cannot resist them.
