    Bf2 With 9200

    Hello All,

I dont know if you have answered this question 1000 times (sorry if you have) but I would like to know how to run BF2 with my ATI Raedon (128mB) 9200 Card. I have heard people saying that they play BF2 with the card. I just reformatted my computer so its brand new, I dont have any drives or anything.

So, can someone please give me some instructions of how to make this work? Like for example which drivers to download and what settings (Direct3d etc..) to change?

    Thanks.

go into ur display properties->settings->advanced->smartgart, and change ur agp to 4x, u may need to change your cache in system properties to a minimum of 1024mb..

that does work 4 the 9200 and the 9250(I had to do it on my kids pc and a friends)

Well, now the game does open..But it gets stuck when it says "welcome to duty"..

        What now

It might be that cache thing, but i dont know how to put it to 1024mb
Also, I think its cause mine is PCI not AGP

for the cache, go into control panel->system->advanced->performance settings->advanced->click on change in virtual memory and set ur custom size to a minimum of 1024, then click set.

hopefully that should do it, like I said it worked here....

          Good luck
