Zboard Trouble....help!

I just received my ZBoard only to find out my computer won't read it.
I have the most updated driver right off the Zboard site which I believe is 4.80 or similar and my computer still doesn't recognize that its there.
When I plug it in, a bubble pops up saying that the device is unknown and not working properly.
My Zboard icon is yellow meaning that its not even picking up the board at all. This is getting frustrating.
Also under Control Panel, in the keyboard selection, it reads the Zboard as "Ideazon PS2 Zboard." My Zboard goes off a USB connection and I know that theres a Zboard USB and a Zboard PS2.
I'm kind of confused and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times and none of my USB ports recognize the zboard so i'm fresh out of solutions.

Ideazon is the company that made the Zboard, so nothing to worry there.

The "PS2" part is what's confusing. Since the keyboard is USB. I suggest delete the drivers manually from your device manager, restart your computer. MAKE SURE ITS NOT PLUGGED IN. Then install the drivers. Restart again. Then plug in the keyboard, and should detect.

What is so great about the Zboard any way? what does it have that other keyboards do not?

Make sure your plugged into a USB port, not the PS2 port, (the round plug hole). I had to load that driver 2x. Reload it again and if the Zboard help screen doesn't pop up its not loaded. Also make sure you start with the original key board first (regular type) not the BF2 or other. After its installed go to the Z icon and click on KEYSET to install new board.

make sure that u dloaded the latest driver set from zboard.com, they already admit that the keyboard has a problem with winxp, also it has a problem with some forcefeedback joysticks...
