    Undergrowth/Overgrowth

Can someone tell me how to put this stuff down? I can't find anything about them inside the tutorials other than being told to use it, rather than saying how. I can make the texture selections and everything, I just don't know how to get the stuff to show up.

Is it tied into the layer/texture colors, or is it put down via paintbrush?

Ah, figured it out! It's painted on, easier viewed through "render>undergrouth" mode, and if you actually want to see the stuff in detail texture mode, hit "render>toggle draw undergrowth." WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Oh yea, and is it just me, or are some of the buildings coming in with an 'Uncle Sam wants YOU!' texture all over it?

On the recources bar you have to create a new material (just keep right clicking tell you get that option :P ). Otherwise you give textures the same way you would the terrain (tweaker box, after you create the new material). For regular grass, the first box (model, is it?) just choose deadgrass, then have fun with the textures. I'm suprised at how well the editor handles extremely dense patches of grass.

After you click on the undergrowth button, go to the resource bar (left side), then right click on "material," and click on "add material." From there it should ask you to name it. Afterwards, right click on the material you just created and click "add type," and again, name this newfangled thing. Click on the material 'type' you just created and start messing with the options in the tweaker box (example, texture, density, etc).

I got mine to load first try, only thing I made sure I did was put down 3 flags (2 uncap and one grey). A fun little basejumping map.
