What's even more annoying is that everytime if you're US and you turn a MEC flag neutral, he says "we lost control of an outpost". Which is stupid, they lost control not us! I can't believe they got that wrong.

You have it all wrong he only says that when you loose a flag im think he's right its a coinsedence. when you take a MEC flag it says "We have regained control good work men"

I don't think he says it based on tickets, i think it's based on the fact that they may have more flags than you.

I always thought the MEC guy said "Doctor Piper!" and theres that female voice too on the MEC side, she says something "alloa aclar nahoey(?)" something something.

You can try disabling the sound by messing with the sound file for it. I believe its in

Sound\Englsh\Commander\No_Filter\AUTO_RULES_ticket bleedstart.ogg
Sound\Englsh\Commander\Filter\AUTO_RULES_ticketble edstart.ogg

in <Install Path>\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Sounds_Client.zip

Best bet would be to replace it with another file with the same name - the AUTO_RULES_ticketbleedstart_alt.ogg is a good candidate.

Make sure you make a backup of the Sounds_Client.zip file before messing with it.
