i love engineer kit so i was think about when ive got next wepon unlock to tkae the "Jackhammer" but what do you think is it a good wepon you that have tryed it.
is it pump action or is it semi-auto?

i got it as my 2nd unlock. its a fully automatic shotgun with 7 bullets (goes through the full clip in about 2 seconds). can devistate a bunch of guys in a small area very quickly. However, i usually dont play engineer in close quarters, only play as engineer on vehicle maps where i know ill be driving alot, so im probably not the best person to ask -
It's a powerfull gun. 1 shot 1 kill providing you are close enough.. don't be a sniper with it

No, it isn't a god weapon...I've heard they prefer lightning bolts to smite the wrongdoers.
In all seriousness, I think it's pretty darned good, as long as you can control that crazy full-auto-ness.Comment

I would say the Saiga 12 and the JackHammer are almost the same, but if you play US or China alot as an engineer, I would say get it!Comment

it takes a while to reload. good weapon though.
let me give you advice. since when you are an engineer you arent really using your gun that much... youre usually in a tank, dont get the unlock, get a good gun unlock, and just play as that kit when you get a chance.Comment

My next unlock will be the jackhamer, I used this gun when I had all unlocks (thx EA) , it's realy realy great.
and the reason above all why I will take this gun is because the other kits (spec ops, assault, ...) have already good weapons, the engineer hasn't got any good weapon, but the jackhamer will change that.
but it will take me like another 7000 points to get my next unlockComment

i got it as my 3rd unlock....overall its a great weapon 1v1 itll just rip them apart.....the one negative ive found about it is u cant go full auto when u find a bunch of guys like 3 or 4.,..u wud think u can sweep right threw them but if u have eveer played with me im always in a huge a$$ heap of bad guys....so the gun good for 1v1 no question...u just have to use it in 2 shot bursts in groups....the gun should have a single shot because all guns do but ea screwed up almost all the guns in this gameComment

and the engineer defualt shottys are sweet some times i prefer the pump over the jack because its more efficeint...but then again itrs fun mowing sum1 down with the jackhammerComment

Maybe he's foreign(sp?). You get the idea.
The Jack is alright. I might make it my fourth unlock since I was dumb and got a G3
. Otherwise I'd take the L85, G36C, and the Jack.

The L8 is pretty sweet, but if I could get that unlock back, I would unlock the Jack. I used it on singleplayer with the cheats and it was awesome.Comment

i only play as engineer and i only use it to substitute the mec shotgun, the chinese and american ones are still alot more powerfull, the jackhammer is just a bit more powerfull than the mec one and has more accuracy but appart from that its too weak compared with the chinese and american.
imo all the shotguns in the game are underpowered, the shotguns in DC and the shotgun in vietnam were alot better.Comment
