I've had the problem a few times where I see someone with a red name , I kill him , it says "Teamkill" , I get punished , but when I check the teams he is in fact on the opposite team . It hasn't been a case of him being swapped teams when I killed him as he was red before I killed him .

I had the samething happen. It didn't say it was a tk but it did say I was punished. No idea if the punish actually counted or not but I didn't lose any points. -
Ive actualy seen something like that a couple of times although the other day i did see someone that i though was a teammate and i didnt shot him and the pilot of the AH i was in was shoting him. I was thinking WTF becouse not only was he showing as blue tags but he was also showing as a blue dot on the mini map . And i was thinking the pilot was just nuts but sure enough when we got in realy realy close (lol the pilot landed on his head to kill him) he was an MEC sf guy .This is a very very bad bug that realy does need fixing a.s.a.p. .Comment

This happens a lot to me. It was actually pretty funny..
This one guy was on our team, and he was leader of Squad 7. Later on, he switched teams, but he still showed up as blue. I guess he wanted to sneak over and snipe our commander because every 2 minutes I'll see a big whopping 7 on the map coming towards our base. I shanked him a couple of times and it said LT_Bootymac [Teamkills] blahblahblah, but I actually got a kill point for it and no punishment
