we are using remote for our server , bu there is no option to allow global unlocks, anyone knows a ingame command for it and does it require a server or map reboot?

Did you change your .con file to reflect these values (in css, the config is ran every map, erasing whatever values u changed via rcon - is the only reason I ask that)
