Every machine except the Chinese one is good. I like the PKM more than the RPK, but the SAW is a beauty of its own. It's disturbingly joyful to enter a building, hold down the left mouse button, and don't let go until a few seconds after everyone dies. :p I can get total room wipes with the machine guns that I can't with any other gun, so it's real nice.

[Baseline]

I love the PKM. Even though I also unlocked the DAO (which is a blast close range), I'd still take the PKM over any other unlock. If you play with it enough, you can quickly learn to take out people long range quite fast. Just prone, zoom, hold down the fire button and slowly keep pulling your mouse down to compensate for the recoil. It is actually quite a deadly accurate gun when prone after you've mastered this technique.

AIM FOR THE LEGS! People die quicker because they are less armored and it helps with the recoil compensation if you aren't totally attuned to pulling down the mouse for recoil with the PKM.
