is there a way to change the CHAT FONT TEXT SIZE in the game?

the messages are WAY WAY WAY too tiny.. almost useless to have
them there at all..

the colors and size do make them useless.

I'd also like to be able to turn off seeing every damned kill message, the thing goes too fast.
