Functional Emotes

Simple emotes that allow for various commands to be conveyed or even for a little bit of humor would be very welcome in alot of instances.

Ideas for these emotes could be taken from the ideas generated by everyone who cares to offer suggestion.
It would be nice if you were laying next to a fellow soldier observing the enemy to signal a move or retreat to a safer location. Then on a lighter note be able to do a victory dance or another funny animation to show your not taking life too serious at that point in time.

All in all a few functional hotkeyed emotes to show a bit of emotion or convey a serious message like a silent command would be useful. :evil:

Full character animations is what I had in mind but if you can think of a few hand signals that would fit in sure.

lol, like Guild Wars you type /Dance and depending what class you are you can do a breakdance and stuff.

Well yes but tailor a few such ideas to be both functional and fun with Battlefield two.

I happen to be in the military and its not all serious all the time. We like to be silly occasionally and have some fun in almost any situation.

i think hand signal would be fun and would suit the game. In americas army they had the hand signal emotes

well i was thinking more along the lines of the standing-pelvic-thrust kinda humping (a la Kyle in Pure Pwnage). so u could run up to an enemy tank and thrust it a few times before planting your C4.
