i have never modded before and have NO idea what im doing and even the tutorials that exist now are way over my head. its all some strange language. what i need isdirections starting from scratch. but i cant find that anywhere. anyone got any suggestions?

i have them but i didnt need them, just play around with everything and you'll find it out. quite easy to do.


also there is only one water level if anyone starts askin

slayer, i dont know what you mean, as you can add multiple levels of water using objects and the editor quite easily

are those tutorials the same one that were on the ea website that showed you how to create a beach terrain?

ok so when i go to paint my terrain, nothing shows up? i try hitting the merge button, still nothing. any ideas?

EDIT: i hit the "both" button and it worked. for some reason i cant jsut laydown texture i have to have color as well?

Did you read the tutorial for it?
